NYC Penthouse
In this project, completed as part of my college coursework, I designed a NYC penthouse. The goal was to create a comfortable yet sophisticated living space that resonates with the energy of the city while providing a retreat-like ambiance for its residents.
Design Concept:
Drawing inspiration from the city's dynamic vibe and the need for a peaceful haven within it, I employed a palette of natural materials and warm tones. The result is a harmonious blend of contemporary design and homely comfort, offering a sanctuary in the city that never sleeps.
Key Features:
Customized Design: Every aspect of the space, from furniture to cabinetry, was meticulously designed and picked out to reflect both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Space Planning: The strategic placement of walls, furniture, and accessories ensures optimal use of space while maintaining a seamless flow throughout the penthouse.
Technological Integration: The use of Enscape allowed me to create a panorama tour, providing viewers with an immersive experience. Additionally, I produced a detailed video rendering showcasing the project from various perspectives.
